A few questions to ask yourself before deciding on one; Do you want lake access? Do you want to be next to stores? Do you want to be more secluded? Do you want cell service? All great questions to keep in mind while looking for the perfect campsite.
ALPINE VIEW CAMPGROUND
Alpine View Campground is located on the East Fork Stuart Fork Arm part of Trinity Lake, it has a total of 53 sites; 2 double sites and 51 single sites with an average back in the length of 30ft. This campground has flush restrooms with water spigots. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The campground is heavily forested and has a slight slope down to the water making it perfect for families or people of all ages.

PREACHER MEADOW CAMPGROUND
Preacher Meadow Campground is located on Swift Creek, it has a total 44 single sites with an average back in around 16ft. The campground has vault restrooms and no water. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The campground is a horse camp and very primitive.

TRINITY RIVER campground
Trinity River Campground is located on Trinity River, it has 7 single sites with an average back in around 16ft. This campground has a vault restroom and no water. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. This campground is more primitive.

EAGLE CREEK CAMPGROUND
Eagle Creek Campground is located on Trinity River and Eagle Creek, it has 17 single sites with an average back in around 16ft. This campground has vault restrooms and no water. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The road is rough and it is a more primitive campground.

RUSH CREEK CAMPGROUND
Rush Creek Campground is located on Rush Creek, it has 8 single sites with an average back in around 16ft. This campground has vault restrooms and no water. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. Campground is right off highway 3.

TANNERY CAMPGROUND
Tannery Campground is located on the Stuart Fork Arm of Trinity Lake, it has a total of 84 sites; 5 double sites and 79 single sites with an average back around 35ft. This campground has flush and vault restrooms with water spigots. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The campground has a beach area and a boat launch area making it a perfect place for families to have fun.

BRIDGE CAMP CAMPGROUND
Bridge Camp Campground is located on Staurt Forts Creek, it has a total of 10 single sites with an average back in around 16ft. This campground has vault toilets and water spigots dependent on season. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The campground is a horse camp and remote.

minersville CAMPGROUND
Minersville Campground is located on the Stuart Fork Arm of Trinity Lake, it has a total of 17 sites; 3 doubles sites and 14 single sites with an average back in around 35ft. This campground has flush, vault and portable restrooms dependent on season. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The campground is located right next to the Minersville Boat Ramp making it a perfect campground for the avid boater.

bushytail CAMPGROUND
Bushytail Campground is located on the Stuart Fork Arm of Trinity Lake, it has a total of 12 sites; 1 quadruple site, 1 triple site, 1 double site and 9 single sites with an average back in around 45ft. This campground has flush restrooms and water spigots. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The campground is about 1/2 mile to the water. This campground has electrical hook ups in most sites making it perfect for RV campers.

Clark springs CAMPGROUND
Clark Springs Campground is located on the Stuart Fork Arm of Trinity Lake, it has a total of 15 single sites with an average back in around 20ft. This campground has flush restrooms and water spigots. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The campground has a boat launch adjoined to it making it perfect for the avid boater.

hayward flat CAMPGROUND
Hayward Flat Campground is located on the East Fork Stuart Fork Arm of Trinity Lake, it has a total of 98 sites; 6 double sites and 92 single sites with an average back in around 40ft. This campground has flush and vault restrooms along with water spigots. There are picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top located at each site. The campground has a swimming beach making it the perfect place for families.

group camps at Trinity
Group Campgrounds are great for people who wish to be all together, but have separation from other campers that are not within their group. Group Camps are gated off to only your group with a personal code that you will call to get 1 week prior to check-in.
East wEaver Group CAMPGROUND
East Weaver Group Camp is located a little outside Weaverville, it has a maximum occupancy of 80 people. The campground has vault toilets and water spigots. Close to town and many hiking trails.

Fawn loop b group CAMPGROUND
Fawn Loop B Group Camp is located on the Stuart Fork Arm on Trinity Lake, it has a maximum occupancy of 100 people. This group camp has flush toilets, water spigots, picnic tables and fire rings with grills on top. Campground is about 100 ft from Trinity Lake and is on a hill.

Stoney Group Camp is located on the Stuart Fork Arm on Trinity Lake, it has a maximum occupancy of 50 people. This group camp has flush toilets, water spigots, pedestal grill, fire rings and bear lockers. The group camp is about 100ft from water through a trail.
